All pricing is clearly stated on our website or in client proposals. Projects require an initial deposit, with monthly or milestone-based payments. Late payments may result in service suspension.
All custom website content, code, and designs created by NorthHaus remain our intellectual property until final payment is received. Client-provided materials remain the property of the client.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding balances must be paid. We may retain work completed until payment is received in full.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or websites we create.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
